Epic Games has now released Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3, with plenty to keep players busy. Following the first weekend of play, a huge patch rebalanced things. The Mythic Cars have been nerfed, and Boogie Bombs have been added. Throw Boogie Bombs at players in cars to force them out of them.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 has now launched, adding in plenty of vehicular mayhem to the ongoing battle royale game. There's new bosses to take on, and even mythic vehicles to steal.
With the last Season fading in the rearview mirror, we can now look forward to the new season: Wrecked. A post-apocalyptic sandy adventure awaits us, and the 'Wasteland Warriors' have taken over and made a new home for themselves on the sand-swept island.

When does the current season of Fortnite end?
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 will end on August 16, 2024. This is according to the main Battle Pass screen in-game. Generally, this has been pretty accurate in the past, but be aware that timings have been known to be tweaked slightly as the end of the season approaches.
It's worth noting that last season's timings shifted by a couple of days just before the new one was supposed to arrive, so timings here are always subject to change regarding downtime periods. Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 release date
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 will launch on August 16 2024, if Epic sticks to its current schedule. The thing to remember about new Fortnite seasons and chapters is that there is always a period of downtime after one ends. This downtime makes the next season's exact start time a little tricky to predict as it can range from a couple of hours - as was the case last season - to multiple days, which has happened between chapters before.
What to expect from the next Fortnite season
Given that we're so early into the current season, it's no surprise that Epic is yet to tease anything substantial about Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4.
