Taffer explained how restaurants focus their attention for repeat business, while Vaynerchuck crushed the multiplier on how to use social media to amplify reach and put more first time guests in seats. HOSPITALITY- back in full force!If there was a single vertical that got us thru the pandemic, it was the Hospitality vertical. I’m at The America’s Food & Beverage Conference, and it’s great to see the industry thriving with over 4,000 people passionate about putting good food on the table for America each and every day. For an industry that survives on razor thin margins, it’s amazing to see how industry leaders are adopting new technologies to enhance the guest experience. And it’s so cool.
