It’s a mix of ground turkey, ground sausage (or hamburger), nutritional yeast (to give a cheesy flavor), shredded zucchini, egg, onion, bacon and garlic.

All of the ingredients are easily found in the grocery store with the exception of the nutritional yeast. But that can be left out if you have trouble finding it.

  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded

  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 3 slices paleo bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined.
