Every single recipe on A Virtual Vegan goes through numerous stages from developing, testing, to photographing etc, and of course I love them all, but inevitably some become reader favorites. Rounding them up is one of my favorite ways to reflect as the year draws to a close!

A very nice list. I see some I'd still
like to try: Sourdough starter, Tomato Basil soup, Lentil Shepherd's pie. But for me, the Nutritional Yeast Tofu nuggets were my Number One recipe that I discovered in 2023. Totally changed my relationship to tofu! Along with the Tofu Cheese Sauce. Thank you for all the care you take with the recipes you offer so generously.Reply
